the Lake City Community Center.
There is a nice array of fresh veggies & fruit, yummy cheeses, smoked salmon,
bread & pastries, as well as delicious grilled food. Vendors include The Patty
Pan Grill, La Pasta, Full Circle Farm, Mount Townsend Creamery, Lucky Palate,
and many more. Eat outdoors in the park if the weather is nice, or bring your
picnic into the hall before the dance starts! If you buy items to take home
that need refrigeration, you are welcome to use the fridge in the kitchen if
you put your stuff in a bag marked with your name & phone #.
28th Ave NE will be closed off from NE 125th Street to the south edge of the
library's parking garage, but access to "our end" of 28th Ave NE will be
available off NE 127th Street. Go by the sign that says "local access only"
and drive into the LCCC parking lot. The entire street reopens after the
vendors pack up.

The TapTone Syncopator's 25th Reunion: OLD SOLES
The TapTone Syncopators were the first precision clogging group in the Pacific Northwest, inspired by the Green Grass Cloggers, and the Fiddle Puppets (now Footworks). We performed during the early 1980s. Our last performance was in 1983 at Bumbershoot.
Rooted in old time music and the living tradition of mountain dancing we
experienced in North Carolina and Virginia, the TapTones express the essence
of the music with traditional and not so traditional steps and figures
executed with metal taps and colorful costumes.
The TapTone Syncopators are Laurie Hampton, Cynthia Salzman, Sue Truman, Dina Blade, Doug Booth, and Barbara Bee Breckenfeld. Our illustrious band is Sue Truman, Armin Barnett, Jerry Gallaher, Warren Argo, and David Cahn.
We will perform one (1) 3 minute routine in three (3) places; catch us while you can, because that's it for the next 25 years, and THAT will be something to see!
