- Sean-nos Dancing - Sean-nós dance is a form of old-style Irish step
dancing. A living folk tradition which survives mostly on the West Coast of
Ireland, sean-noós is a percussive solo dance performed in pubs, at céilís,
or in houses to accompany traditional music. Two monthly workshops at
Velocity Dance Center, 915 East Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98122. $15 sliding
scale.
